P.E. Class Schedule

When and for how long do you have P.E.? Twice a week, for 45 minutes

What do you do during P.E. classes? It starts with a five minute warm-up, followed by 20 minutes of physical activties including sports, games, or dance. The class ends with a five minute cool down and a sequence of static stretches.

What are we doing this week?

Warm up: walk, jog, skip, gallop/ push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, and planks.

Physical activity: throwing and catching drills

Cool down: Yoga moves
